I was here 3 Saturdays in a row for meetings. The meeting rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were well maintained. Presentors had to adjust air conditioning as it got very cold. However the restaurant on the premises gave us free coffee which helped a lot. The parking lot was busy with people always in it walking through cars. Be careful there. On Saturday the chlorine smell from the pool was very strong. Overall though a good experience.
I read a lot of 50/50 reviews about this place. The rooms are very clean and very nice, the ice machines do work contrary to the other reviews on here. I think they are in the middle of a remodel on some of the floors, all of the elevators were working. The beds are very comfortable and everything was in working order, the bathrooms were clean, my only complaint was that the indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it which irritated my 8 month olds skin. Everything else was great and clean!
This is a good hotel but the last 2 times I've been here the AC in both rooms was not working properly. It had a very hard time cooling the room and I was a little too warm. We honestly just come here for the kids pool area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean though. The staff is attentive. A downside is the hotel ALWAYS smells strongly of chlorine.
I stayed here from October 17th til the 22nd. I was impressed by the staff. Regardless of the time of day, they were very polite and generous. The manager, a very polite and well spoken gentleman, tried to offer exciting destinations for me and the kids to go to. That was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast downstairs is amazing. It feels like a real restaurant and the staff was very accommodating. Last, but not least, the inside children pool is fantastic. Being able to relax while my children played was a great feeling. I really enjoyed the trip and look forward to coming back in November for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!
Although this hotel has multiple different negative reviews, My fiance and I decided to give it a shot and take the kiddos for the weekend... I must say WE HAD A BLAST! We did not have a single issue. Our room was clean, customer service was great, and the kids had fun swimming. We will definitely book again!
Very friendly staff, rooms are newly tiled. Only thing I would say and it isn't even a complaint. Make sure you bring dbl bed sheets, blankets, pillow, ECT. The area itself lacks any retail commerce and only kne local quick trip
Front desk was amazing especially when there was an issue for my reservation. Did get upgraded! But i was not warned there was a 50 buck holding fee for damages. Other places I have stayed in the past haven't done that. She informed me after u got a notification money was taken off my card.. the beds were not the most comfortable but the bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean. The shower had amazing water pressure. And the there is a bar on site and it's a great atmosphere
It was nice.place to stay. Didn't like the smokey smells in the hall ways and I prefer carpet on the floors in the rooms. I enjoyed the stay as well as the Breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the conference rooms, where we praised the Lord and also held a beautiful banquet. Nice staff.
